Free Delivery Services & Service Area

• Free delivery service to a single drop point within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (excluding Discovery Bay & restricted areas) is provided if the order amount is over HK$1,500. Otherwise, HK$150 will be charged for each delivery address.
• Additional charge of HK$20 per case per floor applies to address located above the second floor where elevator service is not available. 
• Delivery service is only available from 10am to 6pm between Monday and Friday (except public holidays) at two time slots. Morning time slot between 10am-2pm and Afternoon time slot between 2pm-6pm.

Next Day Delivery

• Next day delivery is available if order is placed successfully and confirmation email has been sent from us before 5pm from Monday to Thursday (except public holidays)
• Next day delivery service may be affected due to severe weather conditions and high season such as Christmas time & Chinese New Year.

Severe Weather Conditions

• Deliveries may be delayed if rainstorm warning is in force or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted. In this event, we will contact you to arrange the deliveries on the next day.

Reschedule your delivery

• If you would like to change the delivery date, please make your request by phone or email info@roycecellar.com at least one working day before the original scheduled delivery date.
• If you fail to accept your delivery upon the first delivery appointment or the inaccurate delivery information is provided, additional delivery charge may apply for subsequent delivery(ies).
