Refund & Exchange Policy

  • It is the receiver's responsibility to examine the goods including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery. If any deficiency and/or breakages are found, customers are advised to reject the goods at that time and contact our customer service department immediately. Otherwise, no exchange or cancellation of orders would be accepted.
  • Glassware or accessories shall not be refunded or returned after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
  • Refund or exchange guarantee will only be applicable on wine, champagne or spirits below HK$750 (per bottle) or less than 10 years old.
  • Refund or exchange is only accepted when the goods in original packing is returned with the valid original receipt.
  • If you’re entitled for a refund, it will be issued in a form of a cheque within 4 weeks.
  • Shop credit will be provided to buy alternative goods if the goods to be exchanged is out of stock.
