A blend of Cramant Grand Cru champagnes from the best parcels of Bonnaire champagne planted with 100% Chardonnay grape and harvested exclusively in 2008, part of which was vinified and aged in wood for a year.

The nose: white flowers and vine peach.

On the palate: fresh butter with a second very ample attack on white fruit and a barely perceptible finish of vanilla wood.
